Sir,
I was Div. counsel for MCI’s Southeast division, SVP and General Counsel of Technology Partners (outsourcing consulting), head of IP, IT, and comm at several top 20 firms… had an unfortunate martial arts injury, and now find my self developing apps, working to help the Navy Seals, NFLPA and several universities.
I really like what you have done and have been studying your work. I believe I have some ideas, forms, content, resources, funds and technology that could greatly accelerate the development and enhance the ease of use of these materials while providing better tools for draftsmen.
The project would need to move pretty quickly as I will submit that current contractual approaches can’t support the speed of our development and innovations, and we need help to come up with better answers.
In all events, much respect for your fine work. You are providing a great service to your students and the legal community. I’d just like to see if we could put a missile under the project, while forking to adapt to crowdsourcing, social and a few new business models we’ve cooked up….
Have a great day!
