We had an excellent “pre-call” this morning for the community-of-interest panel discussion about reseller agreements next Tuesday, Oct. 20, hosted by the International Association for Contract and Commercial Management (IACCM). We’ll be doing a mock negotiation, talking through selected reseller provisions from the TATE Compendium.
